Sarah Young-Fowler was born in Toronto, Ontario in 1952, moved to Snow Road Station on the Mississippi River by 2004 along with her artist husband, Fred Fowler.
She has always enjoyed painting with watercolour, inspired by the nature that surrounds her. Being new to the Rideau Lakes Artists' Association has expanded her techniques and now also paints with acrylics.
