Barbara Jordan

Barbara Jordan is an award-winning photographer and full-time graphic designer who has been painting since 2016. “My aim is to capture a moment or an angle on a subject that hasn’t been captured before. I’m drawn to how light transmits and refracts and my favourite painters are Rembrandt van Rijn and Lawren Harris”.

Barbara graduated with honours from Sheridan College’s Applied Photography program and her work has been recognized by a number of national and international associations.

Ms. Jordan is a member of the Rideau Lakes Artists' Association and Local Colours Fine Art Group, and she exhibits and sells her art year round. Her company, Bark Productions Inc. is located in Portland, Ontario.
