Fred Fowler

Northwestern Ontario is Fred Fowler’s original home and the foundation for his lifelong inspiration for art. He studied art at “The Chicago Academy of Fine Art” in Chicago and ‘The Three Schools’ in Toronto.

 

Over the years, he joined many art organizations and participated in many art workshops and art exhibitions. As of 2020, Fred is the president of the Rideau Lakes Artists’ Association. Fred creates art using many different styles and techniques and mediums. Currently his preference is painting realistic images using acrylic paint on canvas or board and referring to his large photo collection gathered on his travels in and around rural Ontario.
