Laurel Wilson
Laurel Wilson sought out the rural life in 2018, moving from Kingston to a log home in the beautiful woodlands near Buck Lake. Drawing on her skills as a retired graphic designer, she began to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a fine art painter.
Creating vivid local landscapes in oil and watercolour, Laurel enjoys emphasizing the strong shapes of her subject matter, and using bold colours to celebrate the beauty of the natural world around her.
