Margaret Brackley

Margaret is originally from Montreal where as a young girl she was inspired to paint by her high school art teacher. After moving to Ajax, she began taking local workshops to reignite that passion she discovered as a young girl.

Currently living in Kingston, Ontario, where she works mostly from her home studio she enjoys working in watercolours, acrylics, and mixed media. These days Margaret works mostly with alcohol inks and also gives workshops in this medium. 

​

Her paintings are inspired by her love of animals, flowers and through her travels. She paints the moments taken often through her husband's lens that tells a story and captures the beauty in nature.

She is a member of local Art groups and participates in numerous shows both indoor and outdoor throughout the year.
