Sherry Rogers

A long time resident of Montreal, Sherry-Lynn Rogers became interested in art as a retirement hobby. After retiring and moving to their cottage on Bass Lake, she was honoured to join the Rideau Lakes Artists’ Association in 1997 and has received a Certificate of Fine Arts from St. Lawrence College. Her medium of choice is watercolour which lends itself to soft landscapes and florals. While she does not consider talent her long suit, painting has made her look at this world differently and appreciate the ordinary as extraordinary
